Start Remote Assistance

Faster than on-site - fix it now!  Please click on the picture of the computer on the left to start remote assistance.

If you are running Windows XP, you will be prompted with a box where you will need to click the "Run" button, followed by a similar box where you'll have to click the "Run" button again.  After the black window pops up then closes, you may see a Windows Firewall box where you'll need to click "Unblock" to allow us access to your computer.

Clients with other versions of Windows will need to click the "Open" or "Run" button on any windows that come up after clicking to start remote assistance.
